Join K12 and Tabitha Brown for a Free Family Event in Santa Monica
Families are invited to join K12 and special guest Tabitha Brown for a free afternoon of fun, learning, and community by the ocean.
The event, called Nature’s Storybook Adventure, will take place on Tuesday, October 28, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Beach Park 1, 2600 Barnard Way in Santa Monica. This special day brings the magic of Tab Time off screen and into real life. Children and families will enjoy storytelling, creativity, and connection.
Why families love Tab Time
Hosted by Emmy Award-winning actress and author Tabitha Brown, Tab Time is a favorite for families nationwide. The show combines stories, crafts, and life lessons, and has earned millions of views on its official YouTube channel. Miss. Tab, through her warmth and creativity, inspires children to imagine, learn, and grow.
K12 partnered with Tab Time earlier this year to integrate it into its PreK curriculum and kindergarten program. Each episode of Tab Time focuses on important skills and social-emotional learning, from managing feelings to developing healthy habits. By pairing Tabitha Brown’s warmth and creativity with K12’s curriculum, young learners are supported in building confidence and developing a love for learning.
What to expect at the event
